Artwork 

How do we send our artwork to you?
You can email over your artwork to info@buybanners.online , you can also upload your artwork files to an online drive such as dropbox, google drive or wetransfer and then send us the link to download the files. 

Which file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept artwork files in most image formats such as svg, pdf, jpeg, tiff, png, psd etc 

We can print from files in RGB or CMYK colour mode but CMYK colour mode is recommended for best colour reproduction.

For larger prints we advise supplying vector files as these can be scaled up to any size without loss of quality. 

No lower than 150dpi resolution is advised for all raster files such as jpeg to avoid poor print results with 300dpi advised for best print results. 
 

​Can you check that my artwork is ok for printing?
Yes, we're more than happy to check your artwork is in the right format and for any obvious issues before or after an order is
placed. We do not however check for spelling or grammar errors. 

Do you offer a design service?
Yes, we offer a free basic design service with all orders.
A basic design would be text and images or logo's supplied by you with instructions for us to arrange accordingly.  
Once you have placed an order you can simply email everything over to info@buybanners.online quoting your name and order number. 
We can also put together more complex designs and create logo's for your brand or business, please get in touch for a quote.

Does my artwork need bleed?
We advise that most artwork should be supplied with bleed.
For banners we advise keeping any important text or images 5cm away from the edges and having an extra 25mm of bleed
around the edges.
For posters we advise 5mm of bleed around all edges.
Stickers and label artwork can be supplied without bleed as can be cut very accurately on our machines.

Will you send a proof / print preview before going ahead with my order? 
Yes we will always supply a print proof by email that will need to be checked and approved by email before we go ahead with any prints.

Turnaround time and delivery

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to have most orders ready for shipping within 2 -3 days but this can vary depending on the order size / spec.
Our standard delivery service is 3-5 business days and we also offer a next day delivery service at checkout, these delivery times
do not include the time to produce an order.
If you have a crucial deadline we advise getting in touch.

Can I collect my order in person? 
We are an online business but have a production unit in the North West of England where orders can be collected 
if required. 

Will you ship outside of the U.K?
Yes we ship orders to most parts of the world, please get in touch if your required country is not showing in the options at
checkout.
